Andrew Hall is an independent advisor, consultant and business architect in Agentic AI, customer experience and transformation, working with organisations across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the United States. He has spent 38 years inside operations — designing how work is done, simplifying complex environments, and building intelligent systems in which people and AI collaborate rather than collide.
He is the founder of Ethenta and of Dream, the decision intelligence platform that helps leadership teams see themselves honestly, surface the truth beneath competing opinions, and produce decisions they can defend. His focus is the moment in every organisation’s life when speed alone is no longer the right answer, and the question becomes what to do, in what order, and why.
